Support
We're a small dojo — a family project — but we read everything.
The fastest way to reach us is email: support@bloodsugarninjaapp.com. Include your iOS version, app version, and what you expected to happen. Please do not send passwords, glucose history, or other sensitive health information.
Connecting your Dexcom
Blood Sugar Ninja reads recent values through Dexcom Share:
- In the Dexcom app, make sure Share is turned on (it needs at least one follower set up).
- In Blood Sugar Ninja, open Settings and enter your Dexcom username and password.
- The initial App Store release is planned for the United States.
Your credentials stay in the iOS Keychain on your device and are sent only to Dexcom. See the privacy policy.
No Dexcom? Use demo mode
Choose “Skip · try a demo” during setup to explore with sample readings. Demo readings are simulated and are not your personal glucose readings.
Readings look stale
The app shows how old the latest reading is. If it falls behind, check that the Dexcom app itself is receiving data and that Share is still enabled, then pull to refresh.
Units
Both mg/dL and mmol/L are supported — switch any time in Settings.
Deleting your data
Disconnect Dexcom in Settings to remove saved Keychain credentials. Deleting the app removes its local database, but offloading it does not, and deleting an app alone may leave Keychain entries. Device backups may retain data according to your Apple backup settings. See the privacy policy for optional analytics and deletion requests.
Requirements
iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
Blood Sugar Ninja is for play and reflection. Never make insulin or treatment decisions from a guess — always use your actual CGM or meter and follow your care team's instructions.
